"Always on the move" – my life motto

Bank busines management assistant, fully qualified undertaker and managing director of the family business, academically trained communication designer, art historian (PhD), Founder and editor of ELKEBACKES-ARTDIALOG.COM. That is my professional background. Whether as a service provider in a serving profession or being involved with applied and fine art: It is always the communication that determines my career. My special interest is in the holistic contemplation of a situation taking the spacial and social context into account. This holistic attitude is reflected in my scientific work and my journalistic and artistic staging of text, photos and moving pictures. Developing spacial concepts for people in fear-laden spaces, using art for support and facilitating the healing process, brings all my competencies and philosopies to the point.   • Master's thesis: Kolumba. Die Evolution eines Museums (holistic view of the communication concept under the aspect of architecture, structures of the collections and the history of the diocesan museums in Germany)
  • Doctorate: Der Kamillus Stil. Dominikus Böhm als Corporate-Designer für den Kamillianerorden (Research of the collection of building in Mönchengladbach, consisting of a hospital, monastery and church)
